In this instructor-led course you will learn how to use Adobe Illustrator CS4 to create illustrations that include graphics and text. Through live demonstrations, the instructor uses Illustrator to draw and manipulate simple shapes while creating a product label. You will learn about many design concepts and functions ranging from specific tools such as the pen and pencil, how to enhance documents with fills and graphics, all the way through the steps for proofing and publication. This course also helps to gain familiarity with Adobe Bridge and how to use it in conjunction with Adobe Illustrator CS4.
Introduction to Adobe Illustrator CS4 is intended for designers, publishers, pre-press professionals, marketing and communications professionals, or people switching to a design job or taking on design responsibilities. It is geared toward those who need to use Illustrator to create illustrations, logos, advertisements, or other graphic documents.
